Meet the Creator of the Level Up Planner
Hi, my name is Isa Sara Rego. I hold a Ph.D. in Education, have been a professor for over 20 years, and am a leading expert in academic careers in Latin America. Throughout my journey, I have impacted thousands of students, with more than 5,000 enrolled in my courses, where I teach effective methods for organization, productivity, and academic development.
I believe that organization is a key pillar of a purposeful life. Having clarity in my processes and keeping everything in order allows me to balance work, studies, spirituality, and femininity, bringing more ease and intention to my daily life.
Over the years, I have developed practical methods to turn organization into an ally for well-being and personal growth. The Level Up Planner was born from this purpose—to help women structure their routines with lightness, clarity, and intentionality, so they can achieve their goals without sacrificing balance and their true essence.
